Presentation Skills

Use yes instead of ya....

·        You can never skip the Introduction.
·        What you all know about? – Should be the question asked.
·        Smile when you say No/at times of incorrect answer.
·        Add graphs and statistics.
·        Appreciate the audience for answers
·        Voice/Pace: Calm, slow-fast, modulate as required.
·        Ask the team members to give input.
·        Always prepare before presentations.
·        Stick to your plan, don’t change at last minute
·        Build rappo at the start, so there is someone to help when you fumble.
·        Express facts, don’t assume people may know it.
Statistics: Either table or excel.
Animation-) Custom animation -) Add Effect to have the bullets come in as Fly in etc.
To add text to an image and animation: Put text, fit in colours,

Best way to put org chart

Insert-) shape
Align and distribute
Format-) Align, botton align-) Distribute horixontal
Ctrl+Shift and down arrow
Also can use connectors, to add and create org. Charts.
To add colour: Format fill add colour; change line colour  also
Insert-) Smart Art
Org: Hierarchy.


Presentation:
