Prompt is very important to get good results.

How to write a good prompt?

It should cover:

·       Goal

·       Context

·       Expectation

·       Source

Giving a good prompt—especially when interacting with AI or other creative tools—can make a huge difference in the quality and relevance of the output. Here's a simple structure and some tips to help you craft effective prompts:

🔶 Basic Structure of a Good Prompt

  1. Context:
Briefly explain the background or situation.
Example: “I’m designing a poster for a music festival.”
  2. Task/Goal:
Clearly state what you want the AI to do.
    Example: “Generate a catchy slogan.”
  3. Details/Constraints:
Add specific requirements, preferences, or limitations.
Example: “It should be under 10 words, appeal to young adults, and include the word ‘groove’.”
  4. Tone/Style (if applicable):
Mention the desired tone, mood, or style.
Example: “Make it playful and energetic.”

 Tips for Writing Effective Prompts

  • Be specific: Vague prompts lead to vague results.
Instead of: “Write something about climate.”
Try: “Write a persuasive paragraph about the importance of reducing carbon emissions in urban areas.”
  • Use examples: If possible, include examples of what you like or want.
Example: “Similar to the style of Apple’s product descriptions.”
  • Avoid ambiguity: Clarify any terms that might be interpreted in multiple ways.
  • Break it down: If your task is complex, split it into smaller parts or steps.

️ Example Prompt for Writing

“Write a professional email to a client informing them of a project delay due to unforeseen circumstances. Keep the tone apologetic but reassuring, and offer a revised timeline of two weeks.”
